1. Minimum of 2 years recent verifiable experience with a Class A CDL
2. Tractor must pass a new DOT inspection and be e-log compatible
3. No more than 2 employers in the last 36 months
4. No more than 1 ticket within the last 36 months
5. No speeding tickets within the last 36 months
6. No cell phone violations within the last 36 months
